Whether you want to give your clients an amazing hunting experience or treat your employees to the best of Texas hospitality, WWR has the service & facilities you need for your private corporate event.
Conveniently located only an hour's drive from San Antonio, the lodge easily hosts conferences, presentations, or other meetings of up to 40 people. Your event will have exclusive use of the lodge & the ranch during your corporate hunt or event.
Enjoy meals prepared by our on-site chef in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Catering is available for corporate events. Dining for up to 22 guests is available in the game room, & the back patio has dining for another 20 guests.
Our luxury lodge can host up to 6 guests in private rooms, or 12 guests at double occupancy. Each room has its own climate control & private bathroom.
While you dine, relax, or entertain your guests, take in a stunnging view of the ranch valley, wildlife, & lake. The game room & patio have a pool table, foosball table, HD televisions with DISH Network, & a large stone fireplace perfect for unwinding with your friends and family.
Each hunter will have their own courteous & helpful guide. Our guides are professional, knowledgeable & committed to providing you with a safe & successful hunt.
For one price per gun, your guests may take one of the following:
We make upgrades easy for your guests. All hunters are permitted to upgrade in the field when the opportunity presents itself & pay the difference.
WWR is a one stop hunting outfitter. We cater to a variety of experiences and can handle just about any reasonable request.
Don’t worry about trophy or meat care. WWR is happy to manage the logistics of game care with our preferred meat processor & taxidermist.
We invoice. Acceptable payments include cash, check, cashier’s check or money order, or credit cards (credit cards incur a 3% convenience fee). Payment plans are available.
